A Hike to the Mountains

I was trailing behind Melanie, Annie and Tina. I asked them to look back and  I froze the view on the film of my 35mm. The caption would be: Taken on May 1, 2012 at the Iron Mountain trail. The subject: the Iron Mountain.
Taken at the Iron Mountain trailhead. The arch looks like it's made of iron. With an iron-looking arch at the the trail head, you can not miss the trail if you are the junction of Poway Road and Highway 67.
There's the peak, the middle one. The hike is estimated to be at 6.3 miles round trip. The peak elevation is at 2,684 feet. There are no other names for the mountain.
I look back one more time to the trail sign as we head back to the trail head. I wonder where the next hike would be.
