Aka Sea to Sea Trail

It's easy to lose track of the TCT. Traversing through suburban neighborhoods, anyone is hardly aware that the trail that runs through an open preserve on somebody's backyard is part of the 110 mile trail that constitutes the the sea to sea trail.
The Creekside Elementary School that becomes a venue for worship for the Church of Christ sect on Sundays is an easy landmark for drop offs for those being shuttled from one trail head to another. From the school parking lot, the safest way is to go under the Springhurst Lane bridge.
The South Poway Trail Marker on the summit about a mile uphill from the bridge is a way to get lost at the TCT. The trail leads to Old Pomerado Road a bit off south the suburban trail that heads back to the TCT.
